Adapt Foods was born from challenge, resilience, and a deep-rooted passion for nourishing both people and the planet. Founded in early 2023 by Adam, a lifelong plant-based cook and student of Naturopathic Medicine and Global Health. Adapt Foods is more than just a business—it’s a mission to reimagine how we eat, live, and connect through food.
After facing a serious of tumultuous events, Adam turned adversity into opportunity, drawing on over a decade of culinary experience and a deep understanding of food systems, health, and sustainability. Adapt Foods emerged as a bold response to a broken food system—offering handcrafted, small-batch vegan meats and botanically infused functional foods made with integrity, creativity, and care.

Rooted in Oregon and fueled by community, we sell directly at farmers markets and partner with local businesses who share our values. We currently source 25% of our ingredients locally and are committed to sustainability, low-waste practices, and transparency in everything we do.
Our offerings aren’t just about flavor—they're about function, nourishment, and adaptation. Every recipe is thoughtfully designed to support health, honor the environment, and invite people into a new story of food—one that’s inclusive, accessible, and rooted in joy.
At Adapt Foods, we believe food should be a tool for healing, empowerment, and connection. As we grow, our vision is to scale ethically, hire from within our community, and expand into larger retail markets without losing the soul that started it all.
